I don't write reviews often, but when a business exceeds my expectations like this, they absolutely deserve one. I'm extremely neurotic when it comes to my vehicles, and I'll be the first to admit I'm a perfectionist. When I brought my car to Factory Finish Paint & Body Shop, I was completely upfront with Tom, the owner. I told him I wasn't looking for "good enough"—I wanted a flawless repair with a paint match that looked like it came from the factory. Tom didn't brush off my concerns or try to upsell me. Instead, he spent the time to walk me through every option, explaining the pros and cons of repairing my existing bumper versus replacing it. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen the right shop. The end result? Absolutely incredible. I actually waited a full month before writing this review because I wanted to make sure the paint continued to look perfect after multiple washes and everyday driving. I can honestly say the color match is spot on. If I didn't know the bumper had been repaired/repainted, I would never be able to tell. The finish, the depth, the blend—everything is flawless. We were in Florida for the winter from Canada. A month before we are coming home, I get rear ended after sitting at a red light for almost a full minute. (Yes you heard that right). I had no idea who to call and thought that I would get ripped off. Did some online homework and found Factory Finish. I thought that I would go with them because of the good reviews and the fact that they are I-CAR Gold Class certified. They were very professional and worked seemlessly with my insurance from Canada and the company of the guy who hit me. A lot of repair shops wont deal with certain insurance companies down there. They used only OEM parts (tailgate, bumper, lights, sensors, splash guards, heat shields etc.) and the colour match and tint were perfect. They even replaced my original aftermarket hitch with an OEM in bumper hitch. They did the job within the timeline stated and I am very happy with their work. Thank you Factory Finish for turning an unfortunate event into a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of work.

Tom and the entire body shop team were absolutely amazing. Tom did outstanding work on my car—very professional, extremely customer‑service driven, and he even delivered the car ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated. The front desk staff deserves special recognition as well. They are some of the best I’ve encountered in the industry—very knowledgeable, proactive, and always willing to help and follow up accordingly. I would recommend this body shop without hesitation and would absolutely use them again in the future. Excellent experience from start to finish.

I called Factory Finish after my Honda S2000 was rear-ended. It's a 21 year old car that I've owned for 10 years now and I plan on never selling. It had all original paint, in pretty decent condition, before the accident. I've had countless horror stories from friends having their cars painted elsewhere, and was pretty worried about being able to match the car's remaining "factory finish". Tom went above and beyond to hear my concerns and make my car right, he is truly a stand-up guy and the paint quality and color match are beautiful! The work was done much quicker than I could've imagined, and I plan to be back with another car that desperately needs Factory Finish in the near future!

I had the fun experience of letting my daughter who just got her license take my car, until call me an hour letter telling she backed into car. Always a fun call to receive! :). I was recommended by my mechanic who works on my car to go to Factory Finish and Body. I was impressed with their professionalism soon as I walked in the door from Ashley and the great follow up from Thomas. His through explantion of what needed to be done helped me relax that they knew what they were doing. My bumper damaged wasn't extreme but it needed to get fixed. When I picked it up I was impressed how great it looked, its like the accident never happend. I want to thank the entire team who worked on my car and did an amazing job of getting my car back to normal!
